ジャルジャル、コンビ結成10年目もマイペース!? [芸能]
2012年、コンビ結成10年目を迎えるジャルジャル。新世代を担うお笑いコンビとして大活躍中の後藤淳平と福徳秀介に、節目の年に向けての意気込みを聞いてみると「10年だからどうとかはとくに考えてないです」（後藤）といつも通りのマイペースな答え。しかしそんな言葉とは裏腹に、2012年は1月1日に新作DVD『ジャルジャルのいじゃら』をリリース、1月22日には東京国際フォーラムでの単独ライブ『ジャルりまくってんじゃねぇよ!!!』を開催と年明けから大忙しだ。2011年のジャルジャルにとっての一大事とは、「相方が結婚したこと」（福徳）。その次が仕事で、前年に続いて2度目の英・ロンドンでの単独公演『JARUJARU IN LONDON 2011』（DVD『ジャルジャルのいじゃら』に収録）を行ったことという。観客はほぼ現地のロンドンっ子だった今回のライブは、英語でのセリフや字幕入りのネタ、海外用のネタなどを用意して臨んだ、ジャルジャルにとっての新たな挑戦だった。
そんなふたりの次なる挑戦が期待される2012年だが、10年目ということへの力みはないようだ。福徳は「まさか10年を迎えるとは思わなかったですね。ジャルジャルを始めた頃、10年先なんて考えられなかったですし……。でも、20年目もきっとすぐ来るんやろうなと」。後藤も「あっという間でしたね。10年だからどうとかというのは特に考えてないんですが、いい年にしたいですね」と語る。
終始淡々と答えるふたりだが、最後に年明けの単独ライブについて話を向けると、少しだけ前のめりになった。「いつもは大きくても500人くらいの会場。今回はその3倍。ウケたときの気持ち良さもきっと3倍になるのかなと楽しみですね。これほど大きなライブは、10年続けてきたからこそできることなのでやっぱり嬉しいですね」（後藤）。「1500人が入るホールで、笑いが起きる前に1500人がいっせいに静かになって、その直後にドーンと笑わせられるような、そういう瞬間はいいですよね」（福徳）。
すでに大会場での単独ライブのステージの様子を、頭のなかで思い描いているふたり。大成功で終えるはず（!?）の同ライブのあとに目指すのは、まだ未体験のツアーという。10年目を迎える2012年のジャルジャルは、これまでより熱い気持ちが心の底に少しだけある！？
